The food is truly excellent at chef li. They really take it up a notch compared to your typical neighborhood Chinese restaurant both with the food as well as the atmosphere in the restaurant. The only downside is that it's a bit more expensive than other similar places but personally I think it's well worth the extra couple dollars. Fantastic restaurant for a date. Staff is very friendly and attentive.

Service is quick and friendly and the staff are knowledgeable about the menu and will try to accommodate special orders to avoid certain ingredients, etc.It isn't the cheapest place around but portion sizes are good for the price, even though they increase the lunch prices for weekends and holidays. Their lunch special offers about 20 different entree choices and comes with soup, an egg roll and your choice of white or fried rice. (Depending on when you come in, there might be a choice for soup or there might be only one type available.)Most of the food isn't spicy even if it says in the menu that it will be, so if you like things hot, be sure to tell your server.There's a large lot for the plaza, so I've never had a problem finding parking.

This place is good. I have been going here for over 18 years the owner is nice. The place is very pretty with all the orchids. I go twice a month. I have order the lemon chicken, orange chicken, chow fun, wonton soup, honey walnut prawns. Food is consistent the wait staff has been there for years.

While the place is very clean and the food is really fresh, the food is not good. Chinese food is usually flavorful and tasty without the heavy sauces. They lather it in sauce and that is all one can taste. Upon receipt of my bill, I was shocked that my bill had an automatic 20% gratuity added to it. They said that parties of five or more have to pay an 18% tip (and as my receipt shows, I was clearly overcharged. The gratuity is determined off the subtotal, not the subtotal and tax). Granted, we are a family of five, but I think it's ridiculous that my one year old who did not order a dish is included in the party size. It's upsetting especially because this was unexpected. Customers, beware of the hidden costs and check your receipt.

We have been going here for sometime now.. and I don’t plan to go anywhere else. We only go once every 2 weeks. We look forward to it. We rarely eat in there, but when we do, it is a nice and small atmosphere. I would recommend taking your friends, family or just reserve a dinner for two. The service is fun and happy to serve. We have been there when it’s almost closing time, and the whole team will make a table for themselves and get ready to eat. It’s refreshing to see them eat their own food. For take out.. we literally order food, and in less than 15min., I am back home eating this delicious food. Quick and easy! For anyone who has a bad experience for their first time, it would be a shame. This food is a treat.

Do you remember what Chinese food tasted like as a kid? I do. This restaurant brought it back! Amazing food. I've eaten here before, always to go. But today was different. When I walked in I caught a strange vibe from the staff instantly. But I ignored it. A woman was standing in front of the counter who had given her order, she stepped away and I stepped up to give my order. As I did so, another woman walked up behind me. After I paid for my food, I stepped out of the way and the next woman gave her order. Then, the owner/manager whoever she was ordered me to "sit down and wait." She did not do this to the two other women, who happened to be white. I left and went next door to get something to drink and waited by my car for my order. Never again.

Went for lunch and it wasn't what I expected. The decor is bright and filled with flowers that you can purchase to take home. Service was prompt if not necessarily cheery. The food was served quick. We had a table of 7...everything we ordered was fresh and flavorful!!! Fast service.. Would go back for sure yummy. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars, was that I wanted a brown rice choice and more vegetarian dishes ( tempeh maybe), and they only had 2 choices. Nevertheless, the flavor of what we ordered was really good!!
